Outbound Telesales Energy Administrator
Fargro is a major wholesaler of a comprehensive range of professional horticultural products in the UK. We're innovators with a portfolio of exclusive products which we import and sell direct and through our national distributors in the UK and Eire. 
We are seeking an Outbound Telesales Energy Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. 

Job Function
Your job is to outbound dial our customers and offer gas and/or electric contracts. You will provide a highly professional outbound sales service with timely quotations made following enquiries via the Fidelity portal system. You will maintain a dialling list and need to ensure robust information is recorded and other queries directed to the relevant departments.
The job is based at our offices near Arundel. Own transport is required. 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Target new business opportunities via the portal and our Fidelity partnership. Work with the Fargro customer base across horticulture to acquire a copy of their bills so we can see if we can improve their pricing whilst growing the energy commissions for Fargro
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the portal
  • Process quotations in an accurate timely manner
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Key Competencies
  • Proven experience as Telesales Representative
  • Energy knowledge and experience
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Keyboard accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to self-manage your time and workload

Commission
6-month fixed term contract

Part time hours
Monday to Friday 10.00 - 15.00
Full training will be provided
You will be based at our Head Office, near Arundel, West Sussex.
