Q. What is a step-by-step procedure to order a product?
A. You will need to a registered customer to make an order on our website.  
  • Once you find the product you’re looking for, enter the quantity that you’re looking for.
  • After adding all the required products to the basket, on the top right-hand side, you could see ‘My basket’ and the number of items you have added to the basket.  
  • Before you proceed to check out, we recommend you verify the product names, quantity and price. You’re give options to remove any item or change the quantities of the product. 
  • Before your checkout, you need to select the delivery address from the list of options available. 
  • Now, you have to enter delivery details and click on ‘next’
  • If you’re a credit customer, you have option using your credit balance. If you’re a cash customer, you can make the payment either by credit or debit card. 
Q. What is a Quick order?
A. Quick order helps you to place the order directly without actually browsing through the website. You can directly search for the products by entering the product codes or the keywords – add to basket and place the order within minutes. 
It is advantageous to those customers who know the product codes and those who have a clear idea about what they are planning to buy.

Q. How do I check my order history?
A. There are two ways of doing it, 
  • In the left hand top corner, you could see the account dashboard. If you click on it, you will be directed to the dashboard page. There are multiple tab options available in the Dashboard page – Dashboard, Delivery address, Account details, Order history, Statements and Favourites. 
  • In the top right-hand side, you could see the order history. If you click on the order history, you will be directed to the order history page.
Q. What is the quickest way of ordering the products on our website?
A. There are two ways of doing it. 
  • Quick order - Quick order helps you to place the order directly without actually browsing through the website. You can directly search for the products by entering the product codes or the keywords – add to basket and place the order within minutes. 
  • Import spreadsheet – Once you click on Cart, you can see the option of ‘Spreadsheet import’. Click on it and you will asked to upload a spreadsheet which should contain at least two columns – product code and quantity. A confirmation of what was added will appear under upload form once you’ve uploaded the product. You can take a look at the sample file before you upload your spreadsheet. 
Q. Do I have to order online, or do you have other methods of ordering?
A. We would like our customers to order online because they can take a look at our wide range of stock options, select their preferred colour, brand, style, diameter, size, length, height, feature and all the relevant options associated with different products.

Q. How do I re-order the same products using a previous order?
A. There are two ways of doing it. 
  • If you’re signed in, on the top left-hand side, you could see your name and type of your account (cash or credit account)’s Dashboard. In the account dashboard, you could see multiple tabs – dashboard, delivery address, account details, order history, statements and favourites. If you click on Order history, you can view your past orders. Click on the view option to get a detailed view. In the bottom right-hand side corner, click on re-order for ordering the same products. 
  • On the top right-hand side, you could see Order history. If you click on Order history, you can view your past orders. Click on the view option to get a detailed view. In the bottom right-hand side corner, click on re-order for ordering the same products. 
Q. I can’t find a certain product that I’ve ordered previously. What do I do?
A. If you have difficulties finding a product which was available previously, please call our customer services at (0)1903 726100 or email info@fargro.co.uk

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
A. If you need to change or cancel the order, you will have to call our customer services at (0)1903 726100 or email info@fargro.co.uk

Q. How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
A. Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an e-mail (will be sent to you registered e-mail address) confirming you that your order has successfully placed. 
If you haven’t received the email in the next 30 minutes after you placing the order we recommend you to call our customer services at (0)1903 726100 or email info@fargro.co.uk

Q. Will I get confirmation of orders I have placed? 
A. Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email (will be sent to your registered email address). This email contains the list of items you’ve ordered. 
You can also print your invoice or have a look at your previous orders from our website in the dashboard section. 

11. How do I print a copy of my order?
A. In the dashboard section, if you select statements tab, you can see the list of invoices for all the order you’ve made so far. You can open each invoice individually and print it out.
