Visitors to the site are able to book a ‘private viewing’ of the range, so that they can see, examine and handle Fargro’s range of pots in person. The company has ensured that visitors are safe on site by setting up a private bookings schedule, ensuring direct access to the Fargro Showroom from street level, and introducing new stringent cleaning procedures between visits.
The Fargro Showroom is open to visitors from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Travel to the Arundel site by car is straightforward, and there is plenty of parking available. If visitors prefer to travel by train, arrangements can be made for a taxi collection from nearby Arundel rail station.
“In normal times we are able to meet our customers face to face at exhibitions, such as Glee, to show them our latest product range,” says Sales Director, Dan Pulling. “But, with so many events cancelled or being held online the opportunities to meet customers are limited. We have been sharing our seasonal collection by Zoom, but it’s no substitute for being able to see and handle items in person. Making this facility available gives customers an opportunity to view our entire collection, rather than just the items we can display within the constraints of a trade show booth, in safety. Meeting in person makes it easier for our customers to outline their bespoke requirements and to pinpoint a specific item to match in with their seasonal ranges.”
